Onam celebration on 9 September 2023

From 11 am – 9.30 pm there is a flea market, on the temple road adjacent to Phase 3, where various stalls would be selling beautiful artifacts. In addition, coupons for food/drinks would be distributed by Deck of Brews in their stall.

From 6-7 pm

A group song by Ganesh Keerti and team.

A group dance by APR women- Thiruvadhira.

A semi classical duet by Anvita and Asha – (Ghanashyama song from Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal).

A group dance by the kids of APR- (song: Jhimmiki Kammal)

A solo Kathakali performance by Shanthi Nair – (Padam from Duryodhana vadham). The dancer is depicting a scene where Krishna is consoling Panchali before he goes on the dootu (messenger).

From 7-9 pm

Musical night with Jaideep Varrier, a dynamic lead vocalist. Jaideep's vocal finesse is a result of his rigorous training in both the Carnatic and Hindustani styles of music. Jaideep is accompanied by his team:

Anoop, a versatile flautist with a strong sense of melody. He is trained in Hindustani music under Pandit Venkatesh Godkhindi and Carnatic music under Thalasseri C Pavithran.

Tejus, a dynamic musician who would be playing the octapad. He is also trained to play the dholak, mridangam, cajon and drums.

Jaisen K Joy, a seasoned professional who would be playing the tabla. He is trained by renowned tabla players like Ustad Harris Bhai and V.K Rajan Master. Jaisen has played and recorded for many renowned music directors and singers from South India.

Rincy Benny, a well know voice in the music fraternity. Rincy has performed in over 3000 shows.

Raj Lakshman a keyboardist who has completed 8th Grade in Piano practical affiliated by Trinity College of London. He has worked with celebrated violinist Manoj George and music director Ratheesh Vega.

After 9 pm (post the program), APR women would gather at the villa clubhouse to pick flowers for the pookalam (flower arrangement). Anyone interested in joining the pookalam team, please reach out to Sherin on her mobile (9342567950).

Onam celebration on 10 September 2023

At 5 am- pookalam at the entrance of the villa clubhouse.

9 am-12 pm- the “chenda melam” (percussion using the Chenda instrument) procession would start from APR condo’s clubhouse (next to the swimming pool) and finish at the APR villa clubhouse.

From 11 am-4 pm, there is a flea market on the temple road adjacent to Phase 3.

At 12 pm, the first round of Sadya (lunch) would be served at the APR villa clubhouse terrace. Please be at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the time mentioned in your ticket.
